INtellitix continues to expand its cashless event system to major festivals and events. The company brought its system to Rock N Rio Las Vegas. Already the firm has worked this year with major festivals worldwide including Tomorrowland, Coachella, and many others. The customer can place funds on the wristband prior to arriving at the event or when they get to the event. At Rock N Rio Las Vegas 73 purchase points were equipped with the tap and go handheld units via the RFID System. GF Strategies, one of the leading firms in cash controls for expo centers and Fairs was at the event to test it, and to meet with the principle with Intellitix. “This is the way events are moving”, said company President Greg Flakus. “We expect that some of our major Fairs will be moving to this kind of system as early as 2016”.
