GF Strategies Follows Big Beer Merger

GF Strategies is tracking the proposed merger between INBev and SABMiller. The merger would combine the two giants under the InBev ownership. GF Strategies is concerned with the impact this will have on distribution of the craft beer brands. With this merger, the Big winner could be INBev that could control what brands are carried on their trucks and in their warehouse for distribution.
