GF Strategies has agreed to work with the Big Fresno Fair for the next two years. The company will work with the Fresno team to enhance their current food and beverage planning and sales reporting. “We are pleased to add this great Fair to our list of Fair customers” said Greg Flakus. Since founding the firm in 1993, GF Strategies has worked with all of the major Fairs in California from San Diego to Anderson, California, Alameda, Marin,Solano, San Mateo and Cal Expo.
The firm began by working with the Oregon State Fair in SAlem, Oregon. This resulted in developing a tracking system for sales, that has been adopted and is still in use nationwide.
As part of the services, GF Strategies will also bring to the Big Fresno Fair its “average transaction’ analysis,that will enhance the analytics that the Fair can use to review and analyze sales.
