GF Strategies to speak at the Equestrian Center National meetings in January

Greg Flakus, principal in the food and beverage consulting firm GF Strategies will be speaking at the annual meeting of the national association of equestrian centers in Las Vegas January 20th… Flakus will be speaking to the group on the topic of “What can arenas and stadiums teach Equestrian venues about food and beverage revenues and how to increase them.
“WE are pleased to be speaking to this group” said Flakus. “These venues are starting to realize there is a real revenue opportunity in providing upgraded food services to their attendees”. “WE will be taking them through some exmaples of how to realize either brand new or expanded revenues” said Flakus.
The annual meeting will be held at the South Point casino in Las Vegas Nevada.
